If I am providing you with a mobile massage service and I come to your home/hotel/workplace then you receive a receipt or tax invoice with all the required information. You take this to your insurance company to claim your rebate.

If you are coming to the clinic then you can instantly get your rebate by me swiping your health insurance card through the HICAPS/eftpos machine.

In this case, it is easy and convenient. Please know however if your insurance company is not part of HICAPS but you can still get a rebate through me then I will write up a receipt for you.
